What Pros Said

Did I mention this thing is just 1200 bucks? Also, how are they doing this so well? I would recommend this one to family and friends for its serious bang for your buck. Even with the few quirks found in the bike, all told, I would say it's a great deal for anyone looking for a fast and powerful e-bike.

Libra

I've done a combination of street and sort of off-road riding. Mostly just riding through a grassy park here on a beautiful day. This is the type of riding I think most people would do, a combination of on and off-road. This bike is actually quite good.

You know, overall, I'm going to give a giant thumbs up on this bike. I really enjoyed the way that it rode. I love the fenders, the gearing on it being able to do 28 miles an hour, and still have plenty of pedal authority to get the range up, possibly double of what we got.

NNKH2

Taurus

Obviously, it's not a motorcycle, but you're getting up to 28 miles per hour pretty quick. Overall, it is a solidly designed bike, comfortable to ride. There is really not much more to say – that's Fucare Gemini X, in my opinion, probably the best one for the $1600 price range.

This is my second EBike. I picked up another bike last July (2022) from another company that I put 13.5k miles on. Going from that bike to this Gemini was like going from a Volkswagen to a Porsche. Lots of power.. The hydraulic brakes are an amazing upgrade from what I had before... buttery smooth with very good stopping performance. Very impressed with the quality of this bike. I will probably put 20K miles on this one.

As a former Triathlete (retired due to injury) this is a perfect design to get back in the game... As any former athlete retirement can be cruel in means as of weight gain. And man it's been cruel. Lol. At over 260lbs and over 6' I was skeptical that this piece of machinery would handle my size. Well I'm pleased to say it did! This is ebike is highly recommended for those individuals like me that want to get those peds going again. Walking is very good but the pleasure on the hips can be an issue. So consider this ebike, big guy or gal.

Its was hard for me to get around but since purchasing my Libra that isn’t an issue any longer. I had always enjoyed bikes riding but since i developed issues with my legs it became harder to pedal. My Fucare “Libra” is the perfect answer. I can now continue to enjoy taking bike rides anywhere i like.
I’d like to add the compliments I have received on what a great looking bike I have. Whenever I’m out, it becomes a conversation starter. I had done research on ebikes and it was the best choice for value. It’s well constructed, a heavy duty frame, quality parts.

I recently purchased the SCORPIO All-Terrain Off-Road eBike, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment I started using it, everything about this bike has exceeded my expectations. The ride quality is exceptional, handling rough terrains and steep hills with ease. The sturdy build instills confidence, and the bike's responsiveness is remarkable. The battery life is impressive, allowing for long, enjoyable rides without worry. The overall design is sleek and practical, I feel great every time I ride it.

- Taurus

Halsey

I love it. When I first received it, the box was very large and the bike was heavy, so I thought it would be difficult to install. However, I didn't expect the bike to be so easy to install, the bike was already mostly installed and we only had to do the rest of the simple installation steps, which only took me 15 minutes. The large 26"*4" inch tires and excellent brakes make the bike very comfortable for me to ride. The frame is sturdy and I estimate it can hold about 380 lbs. Tried riding at night and was pleasantly surprised by the bright headlight and the multiple reflectors on the bike, very nice e-bike.

How to Maintain Your Ebike How to Maintain Your Ebike

How to Maintain Your Ebike

Electric bikes, or ebikes, have become increasingly popular in recent years as a sustainable and efficient mode of transportation. However, like any vehicle, they require regular maintenance to ensure they are running smoothly and safely. Here are some tips for daily ebike maintenance to help you keep your ebike in top shape: Check tire pressure: Proper tire pressure is important for both safety and performance. Underinflated tires can cause a slower ride and increase the risk of a flat, while overinflated tires can make the ride uncomfortable and increase the risk of a blowout. Use a tire gauge to check the pressure regularly and inflate to the recommended levels specified by the manufacturer. Clean and lubricate the chain: The chain is a critical component of any bike, and it's important to keep it clean and lubricated to prevent rust and wear. Use a degreaser to clean the chain, then apply a lubricant specifically designed for bike chains. Avoid using household lubricants, as they can attract dirt and grime, which can actually cause more harm than good. Check the brakes: The brakes are one of the most important safety features on any bike, so it's crucial to make sure they are working properly. Test the brakes regularly to ensure they are responsive and that the pads are not worn down. If the pads are worn, they should be replaced as soon as possible. Inspect the battery: The battery is a crucial component of an ebike, and it's important to ensure it is charged and functioning properly. Check the battery level regularly and charge it according to the manufacturer's recommendations. It's also a good idea to store the battery in a cool, dry place to extend its lifespan. Check the lights: If you use your ebike at night or in low light conditions, it's important to make sure the lights are working properly. Test the headlight and taillight regularly to ensure they are bright and visible. If the batteries are low or the bulbs are burned out, replace them as needed. Check the frame and components for damage: Inspect the frame, handlebars, and other components for any cracks, dents, or other damage. If you notice any issues, it's important to address them as soon as possible to prevent further damage or potential accidents. Tighten all bolts: Check all bolts and screws on your ebike to make sure they are tightened to the proper torque. Loose bolts can cause components to shift or move around, which can lead to unsafe riding conditions.  Test the pedals: Make sure the pedals are tightened and secure, as loose pedals can cause accidents or injuries. If you notice any wobbling or looseness, tighten the pedals according to the manufacturer's instructions.  Test the suspension: If your ebike has suspension components, such as a front fork or rear shock, it's important to test them regularly to ensure they are functioning properly. Check for any leaks or damage, and make sure the suspension is adjusted to your weight and riding style. Clean and protect your ebike: Regularly cleaning your ebike will not only keep it looking good, but it will also help prevent rust and other damage. Use a mild soap and water to clean the frame and components, and consider applying a protective wax or sealant to help protect the finish.  Test the ebike's electrical system: If you notice any issues with your ebike's electrical system, such as a weak or inconsistent power output, it's important to have it checked by a professional. A malfunctioning electrical system can be dangerous and could cause accidents or injuries.  Replace worn or damaged parts: Over time, certain parts of your ebike may wear out or become damaged, and it's important to replace them as needed. This includes items like tires, brake pads, and chains. Regularly inspecting your ebike for worn or damaged parts can help prevent accidents and ensure a smooth ride. Store your ebike properly: Proper storage is important for the longevity of your ebike. Avoid storing your ebike in damp or humid environments, as this can lead to rust and other damage. If possible, store your ebike indoors in a dry, protected area. Keep your ebike insured: Consider insuring your ebike to protect yourself and your investment in case of accidents or theft. Look for an insurance policy that covers damages to your ebike and any injuries you may suffer while riding it.   By following these simple daily maintenance tips, you can help ensure your ebike is always ready to ride and that it stays in top condition. Regular maintenance will not only improve the performance of your ebike, but it will also help extend its lifespan and keep you safe on the road.

How to choose commute ebike How to choose commute ebike

How to choose commute ebike

Fat tire electric bikes, or e-bikes, are a popular choice for commuting, particularly in areas with rough or uneven terrain. A fat tire ebike can provide a stable and comfortable ride, even on rough or uneven surfaces, making it a great option for commuting. Here are some of the benefits of using a fat tire ebike for commuting: Comfort: A fat tire ebike can provide a smoother and more comfortable ride, thanks to the wider tires and increased surface area. This can be especially beneficial if you have a long commute or ride on rough or uneven surfaces. Traction: The wider tires of a fat tire ebike can provide better traction, making it easier to ride on slippery or loose surfaces. This can be especially helpful in wet or icy conditions, when road conditions can be unpredictable. Versatility: A fat tire ebike is generally more versatile than a traditional road bike or mountain bike, making it a great option for commuting on a variety of terrain. Whether you are riding on paved roads or off-road trails, a fat tire ebike can handle it all. Eco-friendly: An ebike is a great alternative to driving, and it can help reduce your carbon footprint and decrease your reliance on fossil fuels. Using an ebike for commuting can also save you money on gas, maintenance, and parking. Fun: Commuting by ebike can be a fun and enjoyable way to get to work or school. The electric assist can make the ride easier and more enjoyable, and it can also be a great way to get some exercise and fresh air.   If you are considering purchasing a fat tire ebike for commuting, here are some factors to consider when making your decision: Tire width: A wider tire will provide more stability and traction, which can be beneficial for commuting on rough or uneven surfaces. However, wider tires may also be slower and require more effort to pedal. Consider the type of terrain you will be commuting on and choose a tire width that is appropriate for your needs.  Motor power: The motor is an important factor to consider when choosing a fat tire ebike for commuting. A higher wattage motor will provide more power and may be better suited for tackling hills or other challenging terrain. However, a higher wattage motor may also be more expensive and may require more maintenance. Battery range: The range of the battery is another important factor to consider when choosing a fat tire ebike for commuting. A longer range will allow you to ride further without needing to recharge, which can be helpful if you have a long commute. However, a longer range may also come at a higher cost. Weight: The weight of the ebike can be an important factor to consider, especially if you plan on carrying it on public transportation or in the trunk of your car. A lighter ebike may be easier to transport, but it may also be less durable.  Price: As with any purchase, the price is an important factor to consider when choosing a fat tire ebike for commuting. Determine your budget and look for a bike that offers the features and performance you need at a price that fits your budget. Suspension: Depending on the terrain you will be commuting on, you may want to consider a fat tire ebike with suspension components, such as a front fork or rear shock. Suspension can help absorb bumps and vibrations, making for a more comfortable ride. However, it can also add weight and cost to the ebike. Brakes: The brakes are an important safety feature on any ebike, and it's important to choose a bike with high-quality brakes that provide good stopping power. Consider the type of brakes the ebike has (such as mechanical or hydraulic disc brakes) and the braking performance in different weather conditions.  Weight capacity: Consider the weight capacity of the ebike, as this will determine how much you can carry with you on your commute. If you plan on carrying a lot of cargo, such as a laptop, books, or groceries, you will want to choose an ebike with a higher weight capacity. Pedal-assist level: Many fat tire ebikes come with a pedal-assist feature, which provides an extra boost of power when you are pedaling. Consider the different levels of pedal-assist available on the ebike and choose a bike that offers the level of assistance that is right for you.   By considering these factors, you can help ensure you find the perfect fat tire ebike for your commuting needs. Remember to do your research and shop around to find the best option for you.
